Corporation for National and Community Service. Created in 1993, the Corporation for National Service is a public-private partnership that engages Americans of all ages in service through three national service programs.
National Youth Leadership Council. Pioneering in youth service and leadership. Includes model programs, youth leadership, public policy, professional development, publications and videos, and Internet resources.
Learn and Serve America. Provides assistance to anyone implementing Service Learning programs and has questions about technical assistance, regional centers, peer mentors etc.
National Service-Learning Partnership. National leadership organization dedicated to advancing service-learning as a core element of the educational experience of every elementary and middle school.
Community Works Journal. The Community Works Journal showcases innovative educational strategies, practices and curriculum that involve teachers and students in meaningful work within their communities.
Rural Trust. The Rural Trust provides a variety of services – training, networking, technical assistance, coaching, mentoring, research – and materials to increase the capacity of rural schools, teachers, young people, and communities to develop and implement high quality place-based education.
The Resource Center. A collection of effective practices, listservs, newsletters, print publications, grants and more.
Service Learning Washington. Service Learning Washington connects and supports practitioners in K-12, Higher Education and community settings in the State of Washington.
Resource Center Calendar. This calendar of service-related events includes national service conferences, trainings, and workshops. You can search for both current and archived events by date, location and stream of service.
National Service-Learning Exchange. A collaboration between five leading service-learning organizations and a network of nearly 400 experienced peer mentors, this group supports service-learning in kindergarten through high school, higher education, and community-based organizations. They provide free technical support and mentoring, with consulting and training on a fee-for-service basis.
